Anyone know what happened to the Icon boutique hotel in Pattaya that closed down?
i was there october and saw people working inside - the waitress in the restaurant (Nitras) opposite told me new owner - open soon! Any truth in this? I used to love staying at the old Icon.

I wonder what price it sell for as they ask for velly silly money before, if it sell I hear they also make road out side 4 lanes each side so no good for Hotel much. when will we know who buy?

I heard a rumour that it was also available to rent, at around 100,000 Baht per month?
