Something he will probably deny......... if anything goes wrong.

How quickly you forget, TJ, how Monty had someone else post details of that ambiguous fundraiser for GP and then disappeared when asked to respond to specific questions about the details of the fund raiser. Monty seems very quick to use the boards when he needs publicity but is never there to answer inquiries.

Haloi...

I have posted the copy of the notice for the auction handed me as a courtesy to Monty.

As I understand it, Monty says most of the items being sold belong to Ron - Monty's partner
and were located in the triple shop house building occupied by Monty's Cabaret and Over the Rainbow
Massage Club upstairs...their lease has expired and the building is now FOR SALE!....
along with several items from Monty will be in the auction.

As for the Billy's fund raiser...Monty has been left holding the bag by Billy...so to speak
and all the bad vibes which go along with it! So sad!

Any more questions ...please direct them to Monty.

Thanks,
TravelerJim

You should have been a politician TJ because you never respond to anything that's asked. Maybe you've been taking lessons from Monty.

My post had nothing to do with who owns what at this auction, as between Monty and his former partners, or what happened between Monty and Billy.

In case you missed it, this is what I said:

You might as well not have bothered at all if you don't intend to address the issue I was raising.

You really are a negative, bitchy, nasty poster, Haloi.

Do you ever post anything positive or have positive comment ?

At least TJ is a positive contributor to the community in Pattaya.

You are not !

Why don't you go away (putting it politely) as you have a laxative effect on most people I know who read this forum.

Haloi,

I posted this message solely as a courtesy to Monty
and for me - this posting is about the upcoming auction...nothing else.

If you have other questions, I suggest you personally ask Monty -
He is there daily...at the Enchanted Hut in Jomtien Complex -
across from The Bondi Hotel...

Enchanted Hut is open from 5:00pm until early morning...
and I am sure Monty will welcome your visit and chat with him.

And you henry are an equally bitchy newbie who, based on your grand total of three posts on similar topics, seems to have an obvious connection with either TJ and his favorite clients, PG Weekly Report and/or Monty.

Haloi is right on. I remember how totally pissed TJ said he was when Monty and the other guys who threw that "benefit" for GayPattayan refused to explain the details of what money would be going to charity. Monty never did respond or apologize for his failure to respond to TJ or anyone else. So what does TJ do ? He starts posting commercials for Monty "as a courtesy !"

Monty wants to use the boards for free advertising and uses people like TJ to do that. But he isn't prepared to stand up and respond when people ask legit questions.Instead, he has patsies like TJ tell us we got to go visit Monty at Jomtien Complex if we want to get any answers !

If it was my board, I'd toss everything that Monty posts or asks others to post, unless Monty agrees first that he'll be there ready to answer questions "as a coutesy" to the entire gay community who read these boards. TJ may not mind being used that way. We all have other options.

Monty finally decided to publish his version of what happend between him and Billy at that "charity" soiree which turned into Billy stiffing Monty, according to Monty, for what amounts to US $ 85 at current exchange rates. Much ado about nothing, if you ask me, but then $ 85 may be a fortune to some people, especially those who like to promote their business with free advertising.

Funny thing is that the moderator at SF closed the thread as soon as Monty posted it, without comment, not allowing anyone to respond to Monty's version of events. So much for an open discussion.

It is possible that this is just a misunderstanding, where both 'gentlemen' believe they are telling the truth. If not, unless someone is claiming to have been there when the financing of the party was agreed upon, I guess we'll never know which of them is the bigger scallywag.
