"Deputy Prime Minister Sonthi Boonyaratglin Friday declined to rule out another coup if the People Power Party wins the December 23 election and forms a government.

"It will depend on the situation. It's matter of the future but I won't play any role in that case," Sonthi said.

He was responding to a question whether there would be another coup if political turmoil broke out if the People Power took power as the next government."
