Pojaman returns without Thaksin
"Pojaman Shinawatra, wife of deposed prime minister Thaksin, returned from London with two of her children yesterday, the last day members of the previous Cabinet were allowed to submit their financial reports, one month after their ouster.
Former PM Thaksin managed to submit his reports of assets and liabilities to the National Counter Corruption Commission by the deadline yesterday, said NCCC spokesman Klanarong Chantik. Thaksin had his representatives submit the documents on his behalf.
All 33 members of the previous Cabinet met the deadline for complying with the requirements of the anti-graft law, according to the NCCC spokesman. ...
The source said that Pojaman was likely to have brought with her documents regarding Thaksin's assets declaration.
Pojaman had six pieces of luggage weighing about 130 kg, according to an airport source."
Thaksin probably weighs about 70 kg. You don't think ........... nah..........

If the lady were the Imelda Marcos type, I'd say they might have their hands full with her running around the country. Based on her past role as the PM's wife, when he was in power, she seems to prefer to remain quiet and in the background.

She may well have preferred to remain quiet and in the background but from all the reports I have read she was a major tactician in TRT and was responsible for putting the flesh on a lot of the policies that Thaksin dreamt up. She was also regularly reported to be the person in control of the purse strings of both the Thaksin family and TRT.
Quiet she may well have been, but dangerous nevertheless !
Rest assured the CNS will be maintaining a close watch on her. If not, they fail to do so at their peril.

Did you notice that Lady Shinawatra has most of the family money in her name, according to their latest disclosure statement which shows they are worth over 12 Billion Bahts.
I wonder if they still have the richest chauffeur in the world ?

according to their latest disclosure statement which shows they are worth over 12 Billion Bahts.
That does not include the 75 Billion baht proceeds from the Shin sale to Singapore, including all the money paid on the sale to Thaksin's children, who are now legal age and not required to file assets statements.
According to the press reports, Thaksin and his wife own dozens of luxury watches and the lady collects diamond rings, not shoes.
