Its hard to control your body weight.
I, myself have to fight against overweight on a non stop base.
I am proud on the owner of Gay Thailand which is doing everything to control his body mass.
He wrote a good story sometime ago, how to loose your kilo's.
He went to a trainings camp and even he visited a Thai boxing school.
Can't find his story anymore maybe somebody has the link to his weight loss report.


Here is what I am doing to control my weight.

1) special K for breakfast, fat free milk and fresh berry's
2) salad for lunch
3)no carbs with dinner.
4) exercise in the day time for at least half an hour
5) sexercise during the night at least one and a half hour

This way I lost one kilo a week and my cholesterol count became much better.

Dear Mr Lucas,

Phew, you had me worried for a bit there. I inadvertently said something that could have been construed as being rude about you on another thread.

Now I read to the end of your post and see it is a success story. You are losing weight. Carry on!

But what about alcohol? I see no mention of that. I assume you are still having problems.

So, my advice: Cut down on the wine and whisky, up the boys from 3 to 4 per night (on the basis of 1/2 hour per boy).
