"The Land Department has found the land title document for Democrat secretary-general's family's company was illegal, acting director-general Booncherd Kidhen said yesterday.

Booncherd said the department would have to revoke the land holding title (Nor Sor Sam Kor) of the 59 plots covering 1,338 rai, of land given to Srisuban Farm in Surat Thani in 1986."

In 1986? Rather quick investigation, I'd say. At that rate, perhaps they'll make a determination about the title to national park land held by the interim prime mininister in about 2028 or so. Certainly don't want to rush these things.
