Don't laugh, but when I first looked at property in Pattaya back in the mid-90's, I think there were four brokers in all of Pattaya !

You may have misread the title of the page. There are 21 companies that are identified as "brokers" , while the others are organizations variously connected with the real estate business.
Does anyone know: Is there any certification process or tests here for people to qualify to represent themeslevs as a "real estate broker" ?

In fact a broker told me that there are about 270 brokers in this city !!
