I don't know how you feel but I think that True (UBC) has done a miserable job of providing TV coverage of the Olympic Games in China. The only real coverage I have been able to find is on the normally "free" Thai TV stations that carry a tiny fraction of the events and don't move around where the action is. It's nothing like the moving event-to-event coverage you can find in the US for the games. You would think that True would at least have provided alternative audio in English for all of its non-Thai subscribers.
I also noticed that CNBC, which has been covering the Olympics with mostly business reports, has consistently blocks all pictures of Olympic sporting events when NBC IS THE OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE EVENTS !!
I have been told that these photos on CNBC are blocked because True (UBC) refused to pay the fees that are required to get open access to the NBC Olypic feed. Does anyone know if that's true ? If that's the case, I think it's stinks because we pay high monthly fees for True but get nothing special for it.

If what you say about True is true, it's a shame because the TV coverage of these games by NBC has been the best I have ever seen.
