I had an internet date two nights ago and, for the first time in my life as an expat here, the Thai guy who showed up at my place had such terrible body odor that I lost all desire to have sex with him.
He wasn't bad looking and I thought at first that a shower would solve the problem. It didn't come close ! I could smell him when he stepped out of the bathroom.
I gave the guy 500 Baht and told him I was feeling mai sabai. I thought about telling him that "khun menh maak " (you smell very bad ) but I didn't have the guts. Now I wonder if I should have. What on earth could be making a thai guy, who normally smell like blossoms, smell so bad, even after a shower.

I had a regular who developed a wicked foot odor.. I tried to convince him to wear socks with his
sneakers but to no avail.. He was clean and would shower and scrub but the odor lingered.. I would
lit up incense sticks and finally bought him foot odor powders and foot odor sprays.. It all helped
but I would still catch a wiff of that odor sometimes..
What we do for hot times with gorgeous guys.. He is gone now and hopefully he will continue
the special powders and sprays for the sake of the next man in his life..

I have met a few Thais with foul breath from obvious dental disease. But the overall body odor that you describe is probably caused by habitual use of amphetamines like YABA or some other speed-type drug. They can cause a distinctly foul body odor in some people that doesn't decrease much from a shower. The Thais don't seem as susceptible to the odor problem as farangs, but your visitor may have been the exception.

I knew two boys who's feet smelled like the bottom of a silo. One knew it & would leave his shoes in the hall and head gaily for the shower. The other claimed his feet did not smell and had a hissy when I put his shoes in a carrier bag and made him wash. Both wore those imitation leather shoes. Corfam?
Seriously, Dolly, I think you should ask the Mod to delete this thread. I mean, if the other boys find out how free some farang are with those 500 baht notes every boy in Pattaya with have fetid feet. What next? I don't want to think about it.

Been there too. I had a favorite guy who had no body odor at all, but his leather shoes could have dropped a canary at 10 meters. I made sure he left his shoes outside the door on the porch when he visited.
I think it's a combination of sweat and mildew that creates that awful odor in the fake leather.
