"The chief lawyer of PM's Office Friday filed complaint with police against the People's Alliance for Democracy, blaming it for the loss and damages of assets worth Bt18.8 million.
Mongkol Saenghiran, director of the central legal office of the Permanent Secretariat of the PM's Office, filed the compliant at the Dusit police station.He said he handed over evidences and lists of witnesses against the PAD to the police station.
Mongkol said his office checked and found that the assets worth Bt18.8 million had been either lost or damaged during the occupation of Government House by the PAD."

I am not a lawyer, but it appears from the article that none of the leaders of PAD have been charged with anything. It looks like the organization known as PAD is being sued for 18 million baht for damages to government house. I assume 18 million baht is small change for these people and their sponsors. How that's supposed to defer future law breaking is unclear.
