If you wonder why things seem to be a mess in Thailand, one of the reasons may be that nobody is really running the show in Bangkok. For example, the papers reported this morning that PM Opposite flew off to visit the Philippines, while the Defense Minister, together with the Chiefs of the Army, Navy and Air Force all flew down to Singapore. Deputy PM Suthep is somewhere down south, andf so is the National Police Chief, who's been sent there so he doesn't mess with the Sonthi investigation. TIT.
