Its to funny for words to see that them at Gay-Thailand think they have the only board in town where they have no need to be vicious.
Its hard to believe they post a topic like this one:

http://www.gaythailand.com/forums/index.ph...-to-be-vicious/

The most vicious poster resides at the Gay-Thailand's board.

they even complain about the freedom of speech we allow on this board.

quote:
While we don't allow it on this board, everyone knows that some other boards permit it, in the name of free speech, which I personally find ridiculous.

They find it ridiculous!
Yeh and then they come to post on this board to enjoy their (vicious) freedom of speech.

Do you guys have no shame ?

for your information:

It seems to b.f. and me that G.B. has chosen to go in exile.
He has not been around on this board for a while.
That's a good sign.

If there is no vicious G.B. on this board then there is no reason for members on this board to be vicious.

I think G.B. understands this, I think GB. understand the fact that he is disliked by 90% of the posters on this message-board.

Thanks G.B. for understanding.

If G.B is not posting on this board we don't mind to much that we are not able to post on his board..

The only reason why we have some vicious postings on this board is because of G.B.
G.B's Boss G.T. should know that and for that reason I see G.B.'s Boss's Topic about the vicious posters on other boards as 100% baseless( when we talk about Baht-Stop)

And them remark of the ridicule law of freedom of speech is very impolite towards the intelligent Moderators on this board.

Please stay away for ever.

goodbye !

Wrong, fool. Those are the kinds of posts that bring me right back. Of course, it's perfectly obvious that trying to provoke me into posting here is exactly what you're trying to do, for whatever idiotic reasons you have. Well, congratulations. You succeeded. And, again, until the moderators here ask me not to post here, I'll post any time I please. What you want and the 90% you appointed yourself to speak for want, is of no concern to me at all.

I posted this on that GayThailand board thread mentioned above, but it seems relevant here too:

"Sorry, but I think this thread is much ado about nothing. What's "pleasant and palatable" to some readers may be bland and boring to others. What's "too personal" or even vicious to some may be just what others think the recipient deserved. It's the price we all pay for freedom of speech: even jerks have the right to speak their mind, however ridiculous. Sometimes, the only way to know who's a jerk is to let him rattle on.

As far as I know, moderators are no more trained or expert at making the call about what's too personal than any of of us. That's why it's almost always best not to have moderators who interfere with the flow, which too often becomes fighting fire with gas.

When it comes to boards, I believe in laissez faire: he who moderates least moderates best. The occasional posters who goes too far in ad hominem attacks poses far less a risk to ruining a good board than a moderator who thinks he's got a cure for every problem."

I agree on that one.

G.B. is one of those moderators . quote: He is a control freak !He isn't pedantic, he's opinionated, but insists his opinions be accepted as facts. And the problem is not that he won't suffer fools, he won't suffer anyone, even those with superior knowledge, contradicting him.Like most people of limited intelligence, he feels there's only one view of the world and he's got a lock on it and he is deleting anyone who says anything vaguely interesting, about anything he does not like.

That sums it all up and now he is telling posters on his board how ridiculous the moderators on this board moderate.

You seeing hydra's ?

Loeploh does not post under more then one name in one topic.
Loeploh did change his name a few times because the name Loeploh created to much aggravation.
Every time we posted under our name Loeploh( and Nalac) some vicious moderator/posters became very aggressive( vicious) in them replies.
So for that reason we decided to take another name.
We also like to post on this board but its no fun if others who know better and write better English think they are the only ones who are allowed to speak out at messages forums.

It's not the quality of your English. It's the brainlessness of your posts . . . every one you've ever made here. And you can't figure out why no other boards permit you to post? Consider yourself very fortunate that you're allowed to post on this board.

Now I'll leave you alone again for a while . . . until your next unprovoked attack, which is what started this thread in the first place.

If you dislike me and the Gay Thailand board so much, I can't help but find it interesting that you constantly read it and devour every word.

It has nothing to do with not liking you,or not liking Gay Thailand.
It has only to do with the fact that I cannot post on your board.
So if I read something what is based on false facts , I have no other way as to reply to it via this forum. If you see this as an unprovoked attack ts up to you.
For me the topic about vicious posters on your board and the comment you made about how ridiculous it is to have freedom of speech on this board was imo an unprovoked attack on us here at Baht-Stop.
I didn't have the possibility to reply on your board so I am doing it this way.

If you read something? Why are you bothering to read that terrible excuse for a board?

An unprovoked attack on Baht-Stop? Please point out where I mentioned Baht-Stop, or any other board for that matter. You are assuming my post was directed at Baht-Stop. Feeling guilty?

Ok, go ahead with another mindless response. I won't bother posting on this thread anymore.

The trick is not giving a hoot about those attacks. In my case I just consider the source...
The thing is, in my opinion, if one can't handle being on the receiving end of personal attacks, snide remarks, put downs, etc. then they ought not to post on these boards. It seems to me the more prolific the poster, the more likely and the more often he'll be attacked with as much viciousness as the attacker's command of English allows him to conjure up.

How do you reconcile the following with the above?

I don't. Once in a while I start it up, but I think you'll find that most of my "viciousness" posts are responses to those who thought a good idea was to try to write attack posts directed towards me. I probably wouldn't even bother to respond if any of these attacks were actually intelligent.

Much, much, too kind.

I'm wondering if the moderator might want to set up a separate forum where Loeploh can post as often as he wants as to how much he doesn't like GB. Loeploh may not understand it but there are at least a few posters here who have gotten the silly message and don't particularly care to hear it a thousand times.
