"Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban Thursday urged the public not to panic about the expected red-shirt massive rally on February 26. He said the government would be able to control the situation although hundreds of thousands red-shirt people would join the rally.He said the security officials would not use violence against the protesters and would no carry weapons so there would be no chance of bloodshed."
