Does anyone know if the guy named Robert ‘Sifu’ McInnes, who's been in the news in Pattaya for being arrested by Pattaya Immigration police for possessing guns illegally [see link below], is related in some way to the condo developer called McInnes, which has an office with a big yellow "M" on Second Road opposite Boyztown ? They say in the new articles that he rides around Pattays in a big yellow humV with the official logo of the Thai police on the doors.

One of the articles I read in a local Pattaya paper about this bizarre incident described this guy as a Pattaya real estate developer, but they didn't name any of his projects. I suspect the big yellow "M" which the real estate company features as its logo and the big yellow Hum V this guy was driving around with police insignia are also more than coincidence. The McInnes company has been doing the Executive Residence projects in Pattaya for years now.
