My goodness PattayaLoverForYou, you have asked the question at the perfect time. I just had some grooming done too. Go to The Avenue shops and go up to the 3rd Floor. I think the name of the place is CK. They always are accommodating for men and do male grooming. I am not sure about ladies pubs but you can ask. I am sure they will accommodate you.
