I wanted to take a look at the biography of Thailand's King Bhumipol today and so I Googled it.
This is what I got when I clicked on the Wikipedia site:
ขออภัย ทางสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติขอระงับการเชื่อมต่อมาที่เวบไซต์นี้
เนื่องจากมีรูปภาพ หรือข้อความที่ไม่เหมาะสม เช่น ลามกอนาจาร การพนัน
I am told this means Wikipedia has been blocked from access in Thailand.

No problem accessing it here.
It does contain some interesting information I had not read before, such as the sharing the need for an ocular prosthetic with people like Gordon Brown ans Sammy Davis Junior

My apologies. here is Pattaya, using Maxnet
Where is here for you?
As a ps, I notice that the Wikipedia report startes that HM left hosopital in february; it does not record his subsequent readmission after a few hours.

Dick, my apologies. I may have mislead you.
I decided to double check my previous posting, and the following becomes apparent.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bhumibol_Adulyadej is blocked and gives the error message you quote, but
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bhumibol is not blocked and displays quite happily, seeming to redirect with Wiki to the upper link.
It was the second link that I used in my first reply to you.
