It's amazing that no matter how severe the drought, it manages to rain every year in Pattaya during Songkran. We have had two soaking rains in Pattaya on Saturday, one this morning around 7:30 and this afternoon at about 2:30, a downpour that's still in progress. Given the long dry spell we've been having, it's certainly welcome.
