"Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban said Monday that the state of emergency cannot be lifted now because red-shirt people in the country and abroad are still trying to cause turbulence.He said the state of emergency needs to be retained for the sake of public safety and order."The same old movement is still planning to cause turbulence.
