Reading Paul McGeough's "Kill Khalid" (Quartet books- available from Amazon) in the context of poor old Bibi's cock-ups in Dubai and on the high seas, has been most instructive, proving that when you have a leader as inept, dishonest and reckless as this guy, history does repeat itself. In spades.
